Sunset in Cozumel Mexico

This is one of the most memorable moments on our trip. Kevin and Taylor took a walk on the beach enjoying the sunset on the first night we arrived. A father daughter moment that touched my heart.

I`m here...Dont Panic

We have experienced some communications problems in Cozumel. I was able to receive email but not respond. Ami I will call you as soon as I land. Probably no later than 4pm. As for the reunion, I will be there at 9pm tonight. Sorry for the inconvience. Cozumel is not exactly up to snuff after the Hurricane. Only 2 computers in the lobby and no wireless signal at all.

Cozumel Bound June 23rd-June 30th

Back to the place I belong. Underwater at Cozumel Mexico. This is the first time I will experience Cozumel with my family instead of working on a photoshoot with underwater photographer Chris Crumley. These images were shot the last time Crumley and I were together. I'm sure I was a fish in my previous life. I have such a connection with the ocean and marine life.

I'm so excited to be bringing my stepdaughter to the underwater world. I have so much planned for her to see. We will be crab hunting on the beach with our flashlights at night and snorkeling for sea horses "hopefully" if we can find one.

Of course Sherry WILL be sneaking off for some serious diving!!! My gear is packed and I'm ready.

Crumley, it will not be the same without you I promise. I'll swing by Mescalitos and La Cocay and miss you terribly.

Keep an eye out for some posts of the trip. I have internet connection and I'll be showing you some images of what little miss Taylor will be up to. She's a beauty!

Beautiful Heather Davis and daughter Emilynn

I had so much fun with these two. Heather works for Art of Hair in Murphysboro, IL. We talked on the phone about the look she wanted with her daughter for her shoot. I also had a vision of a very soft angelic look that displayed Heather's relationship with her daughter. I love talking with people and getting to know them. Heather is a very artistic minded person who appreciates expression as much as I do. It came together beautifully!

Thank you Heather and Emilynn, please let me see your new kitty when you get her. She sounds very unique as well.

Announcement

Due to an overwhelming response, I have decided to release myself from the job I have been doing for more that eighteen years now. I will be running the photography studio full time now and will be available at the studio after July 1st Monday thru Thursday from 10 to 1:00-5pm weekly. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are scheduled shooting days such as weddings and portrait sessions.

Thanks so much for the encouragement and patience over the last month. It has been incredibly hectic trying to work everything together. A very wise and successful business person told me that if your part time business demands more of your attention than your full time job then it's time to make a change. I held fast to the sign that would come and it came like gangbusters and forced me to make the change.
